Almas, meaning "diamond" in Persian, is the most expensive caviar. This golden caviar is produced by a very rare albino sturgeon. The eggs are small, rich, buttery, salty and creamy, melting on the tongue. It is an explosion of flavours and an incomparable taste, once reserved for emperors.
